Refund policy

1. Subscriptions bought on moxou.com

You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason; we refund the full payment. After 14 days the subscription runs until the end of the paid period and the rest of the period is not refunded. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account.

Use Withdraw from contract in Account › Billing, or write to support@moxou.com.

2. Remove ads

Remove ads removes ads for 12 months and is unlocked as soon as you pay. You can still withdraw within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full price; ads then return. If something does not work, contact us and we will make it right.

3. App Store and Google Play

Purchases made in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google. We cannot refund them ourselves. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or in your Google Play order history.

4. Activation codes

An unused card can be returned to the store you bought it from under their terms. Once redeemed, the time is part of your account and the subscription rules above apply. Promo trials are free and are not refunded.

5. Refunds and the time bank

A refunded period is removed from your time bank. Other periods stay and move earlier accordingly.

6. How long it takes

We process refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 days to show the money.
