1. Who we are

Moxou is operated by Mox Sapphire s.r.o., Příčná 1892/4, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic, IČO 30003580, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 455694 (“we”, “us”). Contact for everything: support@moxou.com.

Moxou is unofficial Fan Content. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Wizards of the Coast. Magic: The Gathering and card names are property of Wizards of the Coast.

2. The service

Moxou shows a Moxou Score (0–100) for Magic: The Gathering cards in nine formats, together with general card information. The Moxou Score is our own estimate, recalculated daily. It is provided for information only and is not advice to buy or sell any card.

We do not show card images and we do not show prices.

Links to card shops are affiliate links: when you buy through them, the shop pays us a commission. The price you pay in the shop does not change. We are not responsible for the shop’s offer, prices or delivery.

We may develop, change or discontinue the free parts of the service. The service works in current versions of common browsers.

3. Your account

You can use the free plan without an account. Purchases, activation codes, the referral programme, unlocks and the watchlist require an account. You sign in with your email address and a one-time code we send to it, or with your Google account. You can delete your account at any time in your account.

Keep your license key private. We may suspend a key that is shared publicly or used on more devices than your plan allows.

4. Plans and prices

• Free: the top 50 cards of each format, with ads.
• Remove ads: 14,99 € for 12 months, for the whole account, on unlimited devices. It does not renew automatically; another purchase extends it by 12 months. The end date is shown in your account. When it ends, ads return; your account and its data stay.
• Subscription: 9,90 € per quarter or 29,90 € per year, 2 devices included, extra devices for an additional fee.

Prices are final and include VAT where it applies. Customers in the EU and EEA pay in EUR, others in USD.

5. Contract, payment and renewal

You complete a purchase by paying; that is when the contract is concluded. The contract is concluded in English. We send you a confirmation by email with a link to these terms; your purchases are listed in your account and the current terms are always on this page. You can check and correct your details in the payment page before you pay.

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. We will tell you about a change of the subscription price by email at least 30 days before the renewal in which it applies; if you do not agree, cancel the subscription before then.

Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google under their terms.

6. Time bank and activation codes

Every subscription period, activation code and referral reward is added to your time bank and starts when your current access ends. A promo trial can be used once per account and only when the account has no active access. Activation codes do not expire until redeemed and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Withdrawal and defects

You can withdraw from a purchase made on moxou.com within 14 days without giving a reason, in your account or by email to support@moxou.com; we refund the full price. After 14 days, paid Remove ads and subscriptions run until the end of the paid period. You can cancel a subscription at any time so that it does not renew. Details and timing are in the refund policy.

If a paid service does not work, write to support@moxou.com. We will fix it or refund a proportionate part of the price.

8. Advertising and measurement

The free plan is funded by advertising. Personalised ads and usage measurement run only with your consent where the law requires it (in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland; in the USA unless you opt out); without consent you still get the full service. You give or withdraw consent in Google’s consent tool, under Cookie settings in the footer or, in the USA, through Google’s “Do Not Sell or Share” link. Remove ads and subscriptions turn ads off. How we and Google process the data is described in our Privacy policy.

9. Acceptable use

Do not scrape, resell or redistribute Moxou data, bypass device limits, or interfere with the service. If you do, we may restrict or close your account. Business use of the data through an API will be offered separately.

10. Liability

We work hard to keep the Moxou Score accurate and the service running. The Moxou Score is an estimate, not a guarantee of how a card’s price or play rate will develop, and we are not liable for decisions to buy, sell or trade cards that you make based on it.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms to a reasonable extent, for example for a new feature, a change in the law or a change of payment services. We announce a change on the website and by email to account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel your subscription (it runs until the end of the paid period and does not renew) or delete your account before that date. By using the service after that date you accept the change.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms and the contracts concluded under them are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

We always try to settle a dispute by agreement first, through support@moxou.com. Consumers may submit a dispute for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, www.coi.cz). Consumers in other EU countries may also contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.
